I have completed the new draft of "Daughters," and it is a double accomplishment. Yesterday my computer stopped working, wouldn't let me sign on. Couldn't tell if it had a virus or had survived a power surge...
Today Cory the Hero installed a new version of Windows. (I think the old one was from 1947.) Worked like a charm, and I didn't lose any files. What a relief.
So now the yelling women are ready for the next step--another reading! We meet at my place, in seven days, and I will see if this draft is better than the last one. I think it is. I hope it is. But right now I am so punchy, who the hell knows?
